Loved this ideal accommodation with really helpful staff who had done the overnight shift. The location was perfect and magnificent yet it was an easy walk to downtown area, just 15 minutes by foot.

Possibly the best and fantastic stay for two nights. Clean and sumptuous rooms with a private safe, air conditioner, and a work desk, gorgeous views. A lovely bed and a good size bathroom.

We loved being here. Was there for short stay, location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, next to the train station Santa Lucia, an alleyway, and the centre of Venice. Dined at Ai Tre Archi, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.
The bed was a little hard, that's sad thing.

The setting is lovely, short walk to the center of the main bridges as well as the Guglie bridge, nice quiet area. For lunch or dinner go to Trattoria Alla Fontana, located only a short distance to the hotel.
